Luxurious Stay, Stunning Views

The first thing that struck me when I stepped out of the car was the swath of glittering blue ocean perfectly framed by swaying palms and colorful hibiscus. It was hard to believe I was really there-- it looked exactly like a postcard. The condo is welcoming and ready to accommodate your every need, perfectly suited to enjoying the beach and sun all day long and having cool drinks in the shade. The beach is so near that you brush the sand off your feet before stepping up onto the lanai. I thought I would have to go on a dive to see Hawaii's famed aquatic life-- not true! I had only to stick my face in the water right outside the condo to see turtles, octopi, and a dizzying array of fish that I thought I would only see in an aquarium! I was a total novice when it came to water sports, but I had a great time with the snorkel I bought across the street, the boogie boards in the chest on the deck, and a rented paddleboard from down the road. The entire place is extremely well-ventilated and there are fans everywhere, meaning the heat wasn't an issue even during midday. When inside, there's an assortment of exquisite local art to peruse and a state-of-the-art entertainment system for when you need a break from nature! The showers are great, the kitchen is roomy, the bedrooms are comfortable-- I slept like a rock every night after sampling the delicious food to be had within walking distance and browsing the local marketplace for hours. I loved that there was such a convenient washer-dryer setup, because my swimsuit got a lot of use! But the final detail that made staying here so unforgettable was definitely the rooftop garden. Watching the spectacular sunset over pina coladas and fresh grilled pineapple made this the vacation of my dreams. Thanks so much, Sipe family. I'd love to go back someday.

Most Ideal Location!

The Royal Mauian is our favorite location as it is just steps to two of the best beaches on the island. It has a fantastic roof top patio and is just across the street from shops, cafes and restaurants. No need for a lot of driving, it's all here. This condo was perfect with it's ground floor location, no stairs and easy access to an ocean front lawn and pool. It is newly renovated, tastefully decorated, fully stocked and the owner thought of everything for our stay. Our kids loved the large flat screen TV in the 2nd bedroom when on down time and we enjoyed the high quality blender for replenishing margaritas and smoothies while on the beach, yes it close enough to make a pitcher to take to the beach :) Thank you Susan for sharing your slice of paradise. We can't wait to come back!

Thank you for the hospitality

The location of this property was excellent. We loved being so accessible to the beaches but with the bonus of lawn and lawn chairs. Ground floor access was fantastic not only for loading and unloading but swift access to beaches, whales and turtles, and great snorkelling. This condo is well located and steps away from groceries and shopping. Well decorated with local artwork and modern decor this condo was a delight to be in. The master bed was very comfortable and the both bathrooms are spacious and modern and well equipped with great linens. We had a great vacation with four adults in this condo.

What a wonderful condo

We just arrived home from a 2 week stay at this wonderfully renovated condo. Everything was done so tastefully and with great attention to detail. It was a pleasure to stay there and the location on the first floor is so convenient. A very short walk across the street to the fine restaurants and shops is a big plus. The fabulous beach is a very short stroll [3 mins.] away and offers whale watching, dolphin spotting, turtle appearances [saw three while paddle boarding and one popped his head up while I was rolling around on my air mattress.] The snorkeling is great too. I would highly recommend this newly renovated condo with all its great and new features--check out the shower in the master bathroom!
