Living Room

The living room is spacious and opens to the lanai and the view beyond. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and IPOD dock for entertainment. The space is adorned with a variety of local hawaiian art.

Kitchen

The gorgeous kitchen has been enlarged and is significantly larger than a typical Royal Mauian floor plan. Maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make this a wonderful space to work in. There is also an eating bar for casual meals.

Master Bedroom

The Master suite features a  Cal-King bed and ensuite bath. Large windows allow  lots of natural light and the ceiling fan gives a tropical flair. There is also a generous walk-in closet with a built-in closet system.

Master Bathroom

The Master Bathroom has also been enlarged and reconfigured to provide a more comfortable space. It includes a luxurious jetted spa-style walk-in shower with a bench. The shower floor is pebbled and also includes a shower bench seat. 

Second Bedroom as a Twin

The second bedroom has lots of space when configured with twin beds as shown. It has a wall mounted  flat screen TV and large built-in closet system. The over-size window gives lots of natural light and overlooks  a gorgeous tropical flower garden.

Second Bedroom as a King

The second bedroom can also be configured with a King-size bed using a top of the line conversion kit that includes a mattress topper. It is super comfy and the mattresses don't slide apart.  

Second Bathroom

The Second bathroom has an extra deep soaking tub with a  shower. It includes: a tile tub surround, tile floors and a granite countertop.

View From the Lanai

 This is the view from the bistro set on the lanai. (It is considered a partial view because of the building next door.) We like to have our morning coffee here and very often will also eat lunch or answer emails from the lanai.
